Who we are

What data we process and why

Tracking numbers you enter: used only to request the shipment status from the courier and show it to you. We keep them in a temporary cache for a few minutes. In the app, the numbers you save are kept until you remove them or until 60 days after the last update.

Contact form: name, email and message, used to reply to you (legal basis: your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR). Kept for up to 24 months.

Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, for security and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f). Kept for up to 30 days.

App notifications: an anonymous device identifier (push token), the platform and the language, used only to send the notifications you asked for. Deleted when you uninstall the app or disable notifications.

Statistics and advertising: with your consent only (art. 6.1.a), Google Analytics measures visits in aggregate form and Google AdSense shows ads, which can be personalised if you allow it. Details in the cookie policy.

Who receives the data

Service providers that process data on our behalf: Hostinger (server and database hosting, EU), Google (Analytics, AdSense, Firebase Cloud Messaging), Apple (iOS notifications) and the tracking data provider. We never sell your data.

Some providers are located outside the EU. Transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing and to receive your data in a portable format, by writing to support@scorelivepro.it. You can withdraw consent at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.

If you think your data is being processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
