The service
ShipTrack, operated by Montescuro Massimiliano – Ditta individuale, shows tracking information provided by couriers and third-party data providers. The service is free and may be changed or interrupted at any time.
Accuracy of information
Shipment data comes from the couriers. We show it as we receive it and can’t guarantee it is complete, accurate or up to date. For any delivery problem, contact the seller or the courier.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service in ways that could damage it, not to make automated mass requests and not to look up shipments you have no reason to follow.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Montescuro Massimiliano – Ditta individuale is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the information shown, from delivery delays or from interruptions of the service.
Intellectual property
The ShipTrack name, logo, design and texts belong to Montescuro Massimiliano – Ditta individuale. Courier names and brands belong to their owners.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
